About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, analytics, content optimization, and digital marketing.

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO/digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Technical & Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar and website analytics.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building initiatives.
- Create and manage SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites,



and social media.
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Analyze SEO and digital marketing performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website UX and conversion performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives including SMO, email marketing, and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
