This role is part of a fast-growing SaaS platform serving the US market. We're looking for a SaaS sales professional who can manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing the deal, for our US-based clients. You will work independently, build strong client relationships, and use smart, creative ways to reach prospects instead of cold calling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline of US-based clients
- Reach out to prospects through social media, referrals, and networking (no cold calling)
- Understand client needs and present the right SaaS solution
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals with US clients
- Build long-term relationships and support clients after the sale
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead and deal information
- Work with the team to improve sales strategies and results
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in the US & global market
- Excellent verbal and written English communication — confident & clear.
- Creative thinker who prospects and closes through varied techniques, not just cold calls
- AI-enthused and quick to adopt current tools and workflows
- Strong client-relations mindset — responsive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Willing and able to work night shift, on-site, aligned with US business hours
