We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Government Sales to drive PAN India Government Business for our fast-growing Indian AV & Collaboration Technology brand.

We are focused on delivering innovative display and workspace solutions across Education, Enterprise, Retail, Government, and Commercial segments.

- Collaboration & Workspace Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop PAN India Government Sales & Business Development.
- Build and manage relationships with Central & State Government departments, PSUs, Government institutions and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
- Handle Government tenders, GeM opportunities, RFPs, RFQs and procurement processes.
- Develop strong relationships with Government consultants, system integrators, OEM partners and channel partners.




- Drive revenue growth and achieve PAN India sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for solutioning, proposals, pricing and project execution.
- Regularly track market opportunities, government projects and upcoming tenders across India.

Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in Government Sales / Government Business

Solid PAN India Government network and business exposure

Experience in AV, IFPD, LED, Digital Signage, IT Hardware or related technology solutions Strong understanding of Government procurement, GeM and tender business

Proven track record in developing and closing large Government/PSU accounts

Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills

Willingness to travel extensively across India
