We are looking for a Sr.

Quality

Analyst / Quality Team Leader with minimum 1 year of experience and a positive understanding of collections/debt recovery processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing Quality Analysts, ensuring audit accuracy, monitoring collection interactions, and driving process and compliance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the Quality Analyst team and daily audit performance.

- Ensure 100% audit completion within defined TAT.

- Conduct Audit-on-Audit and maintain variance below 5%.

- Monitor collection calls for process, quality, RBI/FPC and compliance adherence.

- Identify Fatal, Critical and Zero-Tolerance violations and ensure timely escalation.

- Conduct calibration, coaching and feedback sessions for QA and Operations teams.

- Prepare and analyze Quality MIS,



performance reports and RCA/CAPA.

- Work with Operations and Training teams to reduce repeat errors and improve quality.

Required Skills:

- 1+ year experience in Quality/QA, in Collections/Debt Recovery. (Not Mandatory)

- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil.

- Good understanding of loan collection processes and customer handling.

- Knowledge of RBI guidelines, FPC and compliance practices.

- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage teams and drive performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
