: QA Tester (3-5 Years of Experience)

Position: QA Tester

Responsibilities

- Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and other relevant testing frameworks.
- Test Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure test coverage for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Continuous Integration (CI): Integrate test automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines to ensure tests are executed continuously and feedback is provided to the development team in a timely manner.
- Manual Testing Support: Assist in manual testing of complex features and scenarios, especially when automation is not feasible.
- Bug Reporting & Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects in defect management tools such as JIRA. Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
- Test Environment Management: Set up and maintain test environments for automated testing, including working with different databases, servers, and software configurations.

Requirements

· Experience:



3 to 5 years as a Senior QA Automation Tester or similar role.

Skills

- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or other automation tools.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other relevant scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of testing strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
- Strong understanding of API Testing (using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI).
- Experience with SQL for database verification and data manipulation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
