- Sourcing and Vendor Selection: Finding and vetting reliable contractors, architects, and material suppliers.

- Tendering and Bidding: Creating Request for Quotations (RFQs) and comparative statements to pick the best price and quality.

- Contract Negotiation: Setting explicit terms on pricing, delivery dates, and payment structures with vendors.

- Budget Tracking: Monitoring project spending against baseline estimates to prevent cost overruns.

- Quality and Compliance: Ensuring all acquired goods and contractor work meet local legal standards and safety rules

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
