Location - Pirangut, Pune
Experience - 4-7 years
Industry - Automotive / Manufacturing
Roles & Responsibility
- Co-ordination with Supplier for on-time PO, Material delivery till Material receipt.
- Vendor Development and techno commercial knowledge.
- Capacity Planning & Internal Production Planning.
- Vendor capacity assessment & resources management.
- NPD Part development procedure (Inhouse / Outsources)
- Material Planning & exposure to Inventory management.
- SRM & Audit.
- Exposure to Waste Management (MPCB / EPR)
- Knowledge of Quality System Management (IATF 16949 & EMS (ISO 14001) & Supplier Audit Responsibilities
- Exposure to marine Insurance
- PPAP process knowledge and exposure.
- Knowledge about MRP, Inventory Management & Warehouse Management.
- Knowledge & implementation exposure of 5S, FIFO.
