Sr. MIS & IT Support Executive

Location: Raipur

Experience: 5 Years Minimum

Qualification: Graduate/Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS & IT Support Executive with robust MS Excel, MIS Reporting & Dashboard Making skills, along with basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports.
- Create Excel-based Dashboards & Management Reports.
- Handle data analysis, data consolidation and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Sorting & Filtering.
- Provide basic support for Desktop/Laptop, Printer, Scanner and other IT peripherals.
- Install/configure printers and resolve basic system-related issues.
- Coordinate with IT Vendors for repairs,



replacements and technical support.
- Maintain basic IT Asset & Equipment records.
