Role Description The Sr. Meta Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns. This role includes managing campaign structures, audience targeting, creative assets, and budgets to achieve performance goals such as lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

The Sr. Meta Executive will monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements to maximize ROI. Collaboration with the creative, content, and account management teams is expected to align messaging, landing pages,



and remarketing strategies.

The role also involves staying updated on Meta platform best practices, policy changes, and current features to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, remarketing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data using platform analytics and reporting tools, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with landing page performance, pixel implementation, event tracking, and basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, content, and client-facing teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Prior experience in an agency or performance marketing environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
