- Job Purpose The Senior MIS Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing accurate and timely MIS systems and reports across the organization.

The role will convert operational data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analysis that help management monitor performance, identify gaps, improve processes, and make informed business decisions.

The position requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis, reporting systems, and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to improve existing MIS processes and build efficient reporting systems.

- Key Responsibilities

A. MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for management.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and requirement-based MIS reports.
- Consolidate data from different departments and ensure accuracy.
- Track key operational and business performance indicators.
- Present information in a clear and management-friendly format.
- Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within defined timelines.

B. Production & Operations MIS
- Prepare and monitor production-related MIS.
- Track production targets, actual production, productivity, WIP, and operational performance.
- Identify deviations between planned and actual performance.
- Coordinate with PPC and production teams for data collection and validation.
- Develop reports to support management in monitoring production efficiency.

C. Inventory MIS
- Maintain inventory-related MIS and tracking systems.
- Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods data.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Develop inventory reports that provide management with clear visibility of stock movement and status.

D. Dashboard & Data Analysis
- Create management dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyse trends, variances, productivity, delays, and performance gaps.
- Convert raw data into actionable management information.
- Highlight important exceptions,



deviations, and areas requiring management attention.
- Continuously improve the presentation and usability of dashboards.

E. Data Accuracy & Control
- Validate data received from various departments.
- Identify inconsistencies, duplication, missing information, and errors.
- Establish proper data-checking and validation mechanisms.
- Maintain standardized formats and reporting structures.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of management data.

F. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Purchase, Outsourcing, Dispatch, Sales, CRM, Merchandising, Accounts, and HR for MIS requirements.
- Follow up with departments for pending or incorrect data.
- Understand departmental processes to ensure MIS reflects actual operations.
- Support management in obtaining accurate information whenever required.

G. MIS System & Process Improvement
- Review existing MIS systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop standardized reporting formats and tracking systems.
- Reduce manual effort through better formulas, structures, and workflows.
- Improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of management reporting.
- Support the organization in building more systematic and data-driven processes.

4–7 years of relevant MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations-driven organization.

Education

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with strong practical MIS experience and advanced Excel expertise will be preferred.
