Role: Sr. Manager/AVP Operations Special Fastening Solutions

Location- Wada (Company bus facility available from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Badlapur, and Virar)

REPORTING TO VP

EXPECTATIONS:

1. Heading operations & supply chain of Quick growing fastener manufacturing division
2. Technological up-gradation, Automation and Capacity expansion on global scale.
3. To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence.
4. Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 12 - 25 years’ experience,



out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization

2. Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions

A) Technical:

1. Knowledge of fastener manufacturing & latest trends in operations management
2. Exposure to fastener processes like Hot Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, Thread Rolling, different Coatings.

B) Managerial:

1. Team player with proven leadership qualities.
2. Strategic planning and implementation capabilities.
3. Strong Analytical skills &data; orientation
