Job Responsibilities for MEP Design

- Coordinate with Consultant/Architect ,Internal Resources for preparation of Site Detailed Drawing.
- Review Design Concept, BOQ and detailed Drawing using tools Such as autoCAD submitted by Consultant /Architect.
- Developing Project Scope of Work involving all Relevant Stakeholders. Ownership in scope and BOQ finalization,

- Maintain the Project Budget
- Create and maintain Project documents
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques




- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Candidate Profile:

- Solid working experience of Microsoft Office, Google sheets, MS Project, Autcoad Working experience in project management

Project management Professional (PMP) /Six Sigma Certification Candidate would be preferable

Knowledge of Oracle ERP would be advantageous

MEP Designer.

Experience : Engineering graduate in Electrical/Electronics, with an Overall experience of 6+ Years in Warehousing/Construction/infrastructure or related industries
