As a Sr. OT Support Engineer & Digital Transformation, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly energetic production environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Global OT Support
o Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs
- Global Rollouts
o Support and Lead OT System Rollouts and Deployments worldwide
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks
- Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability
- Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems
- Proven experience in Shopfloor Environments
- Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and System Integrations
- Experience with Global Rollouts / Deployments
- Skills in Automation / Scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
