Responsibilities

- Oversee service delivery across assigned insurance processes, ensuring adherence to SLA, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of Team Managers and Associates,



fostering high performance and engagement.
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively.
- Conduct reviews, audits, and reporting to track process health and performance.
- Support process migrations, stabilizations, and capacity planning.
- Partner with L&D; for training and certification compliance across teams.

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in insurance Operations with 1 or 2+ years in a managerial role (span of 100+ team members).
- Solid exposure to Insurance Operations.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Onsite transition experience is an added advantage.
