MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for India and international business operations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing, including Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Fund Flow.
- Prepare and review MIS, financial reports, dashboards and management insights.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, collections, AP/AR and vendor payment planning.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee banking, treasury, reconciliations and internal financial controls.
- Manage payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions including PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
- Lead vendor management, reconciliations and payment processes.
- Drive process improvement, automation, ERP transformation and technology-led finance initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team and ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting.




- Support senior management with financial analysis, business performance insights and decision-making.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 6-10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, reporting and month/year-end closing.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of cash flow and working capital management.
- Positive exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience in team management and stakeholder handling.
- Exposure to multi-entity / international operations will be an advantage.
- Experience with ERP, automation, Power BI/Excel will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
