Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead space planning, conceptual design, material selection, client presentations, and site execution oversight. The ideal candidate blends artistic vision with technical precision and robust site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Conceptualization

- Develop space planning layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visual concepts aligned with the studio's design philosophy.
- Translate client briefs into functional, aesthetic, and tailor-made spatial designs.

2. Technical Drawing & Documentation

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical/plumbing layouts, and custom furniture joinery details.
- Draft precise Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and project budgets.

3. Client & Vendor Management

- Present design concepts, material boards, and floor plans to clients during design review meetings.
- Coordinate with material suppliers, craftsmen, custom fabricators, and specialized consultants to source materials and finalize quotes.

4. Site Execution & Project Coordination





- Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns strictly with approved working drawings and quality standards.
- Problem-solve on-site technical issues in real-time alongside site supervisors, carpenters, and contractors.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or boutique interior design projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- 2D/3D Design: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray (or similar rendering tools).
- Presentation & Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva.
- Office Tools: MS Excel (for BOQs and budgeting) and MS PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, and joinery details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
