Information Security Operations

Engineer is responsible for owning and managing the enterprise Okta Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform, with a focus on Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, identity governance, privileged access, and lifecycle management. The role also supports identity-related security operations, including access investigations, incident response, and remediation, ensuring secure and compliant access across enterprise systems and cloud environments. /n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /n /n

- Manage and support the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem, with primary ownership of Okta, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, authentication policies, and governance.

- Design, implement, and troubleshoot identity integrations across enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and related IAM technologies.

- Lead application onboarding, user access provisioning, lifecycle management, and IAM governance activities, including access reviews, role certifications, compliance reporting, and audit support.

- Strengthen identity security posture by managing privileged access, non-human identities, service accounts, secrets, certificates, access keys, and reducing identity-related risks and vulnerabilities.

- Monitor, investigate, and remediate identity and access security incidents, partnering closely with Security Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure, HR,



and Application teams to ensure secure and compliant access management.

/n /n TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) /n /n

- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with hands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, group rules, profile mappings, and authentication policies.

/n

- In-depth knowledge of identity integration technologies such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, APIs, and federation, with experience integrating enterprise applications across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS IAM environments.

/n

- Solid understanding of IAM governance and security best practices, including least privilege access, RBAC, access reviews, entitlement management, privileged access management (PAM), non-human identities, credential management, and compliance requirements.

/n

- Robust troubleshooting and incident response skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex identity, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise platforms while effectively collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining technical documentation.

/n /n EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /n Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in related field, and 5+ years of related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. /n Certifications: /n Required: /n /n
