- Recruitment: Overall process of recruitment, to arrange right candidate in the right place on time. Sourcing and arranging Interviews and selection arranging Offer letters, appointment orders and Taking care of joining formalities. Coordinating with department HOD’s in recruitment process, for job specification and Job responsibilities.
- Master data input in software, file management.
- Follow-up for performance appraisals, preparation of analysis.
- HRIS: Supervise the Creation of Master Data in software & Certification.
- Coordinating with Trainer for arranging induction training and also taking few training classes in absence of trainer.
- Training the juniors.
- Any other work assigned by Sr. Manager or HOD.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
