- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, assessing candidate suitability and fit.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to strengthen recruitment strategies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment records and share regular updates on hiring progress and challenges with management.
