KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

1 Technical support to Operations team

- Preparation of basic specifications, Evaluating minor & major EWRs or technical suggestions.
- Scheme for modifications as per the positive engineering practices for improvement in the process/ production.
- Technical bid evaluation
- Identification of Profit improvement opportunities (PIOs) and its process engineering.
- Trouble shooting.

2 Capex preparation

- Cost estimation from previous project equipment
- HAZOP study of scheme.
- Submission of Layout, piping plan, preparing bill of materials and project schedule.

3 Project (Capex) execution

- Provide the assistance to the procurement department by specification preparation
- Preparation of technical bid analysis and purchase requisition.
- To coordinate with production as well as




- Engineering departments for procurement of other regular material.
- To coordinate & plan with concerned departments & lead them for the execution of the job on site as per the time schedule & as per the allocated fund.
- Manage cost and time constraints.

4 Institutionalization of IMS

- Continuous Up gradation of IMS by getting feedback from internal audit, external audit, Customer feedback.

Job Requirements : Qualification Required : B.Tech/B.E. Chemical Engineeting

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years relevant experience in
