Sr Consultant – Infrastructure Engineer (Digital Employee Experience)

About the Role:

Own the enterprise strategy for digital endpoint experience leveraging telemetry, automation, and DEX (Digital Employee Experience) platforms to boost device performance and employee productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead adoption and optimization of DEX platforms, endpoint analytics, and device health monitoring solutions
- Establish device experience baselines, KPIs, and service health metrics
- Drive improvements in boot times, app responsiveness, and endpoint reliability
- Design proactive remediation, automation, and self-healing capabilities to reduce support demand
- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security,



and Engineering teams on data-driven experience improvements
- Define architecture standards and governance frameworks for endpoint monitoring platforms
- Build executive dashboards to track device experience trends and business outcomes
- Mentor engineers and build organizational capability in DEX and workplace engineering
