– Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Keshavnagar Site Experience Required: 6–10 Years

Role Summary

Responsible for execution, supervision, and coordination of high-rise residential construction works ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute works as per approved drawings and project schedule.

 Supervise RCC activities – reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.

 Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.

 Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), BOQs, and subcontractor bills.

 Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.

 Maintain measurement book and activity checklists.

 Conduct material inspection and coordinate cube/steel testing.

 Generate purchase requisitions for required site materials.





 Monitor quality, safety compliance, and site housekeeping.

 Manage vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution.

Technical Skills

 Strong knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building execution.

 Experience in BBS preparation and quantity estimation.

 Understanding of site quality control and testing procedures.

 Ability to manage G+12 and above residential tower projects.

Educational Qualification

 B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
