About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced accounts professional who thrives in an automated accounting setting and can help us eliminate manual data entry processes. You'll work with our accounting systems to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with accounting systems like SAP and Tally to automate routine processes.
- Identify opportunities where manual data entry can be replaced with direct system integration for example, importing bank statements directly into our accounting system instead of manual posting.
- Automate invoice receipt, coding, and posting workflows using OCR and system integration tools.
- Reconcile accounts programmatically where possible, flagging exceptions for review rather than manual matching.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to link external data sources payroll systems, bank feeds,



vendor management platforms directly into our accounting workflows.
- Train the team on new automated processes and build documentation.
- Troubleshoot system integration issues and work with vendors on workflow improvements.

What Were Looking For:

- Youve worked in an environment where automation is standard practice, not the exception.
- You understand accounting fundamentals but arent dependent on doing manual entries youd rather fix a process than repeat it.
- Youre comfortable learning new systems and can partner with IT teams.
- You can identify bottlenecks and spot automation opportunities.
- Proactive mindset: you see inefficiencies and take ownership of solutions.

Nice to Have

- SAP or Tally experience.
- API integration basics.
- Familiarity with OCR tools.
- Exposure to bank feed systems or direct bank integrations.
- Experience with invoice automation platforms.
