Qualification

Either of :- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA ~3+ year experience

Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting activities using Oracle Finance and BlackLine software, ensuring compliance with company policies and IFRS.

- Prepare and posted journal entries, accounting adjustments, corrections, and reclassifications to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization and disposals.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of reconciling items.
- Manage payroll accounting and supported month-end and year-end closing activities for legal entities.




- Coordinate with regional shared service centres and legal entity Chief Accountants to resolve accounting matters and support financial reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses for management.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required financial information and documentation.
- Develop, maintain and update Record-to-Report (R2R) process documentation.

Skillset

Any of - Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, blackline

Hands on experience in Excel, knowledge of macros will be an added advantage

Fluent in communicating in English

Sound knowledge in Accounting entries and adjustments
