Role Description

Beam Forward is looking for a hands-on Sr Analyst – Data & Governance to build the operating rhythm behind our Talent Advisory business. You will create trusted visibility across RPO and agency accounts, bring discipline to recruitment data, and translate performance into clear, actionable insights.

· Publish sharp periodic dashboards and decision-ready insights.

· Shape QBR narratives using accurate metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Build Talent Intelligence on skills, locations, compensation, competition, and hiring feasibility.

· Strengthen data governance, reporting standards, operating cadences, and process adoption.

· Use automation and AI to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
