We are hiring a Sr. Accountant for our SABCO Group. The Sr. Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including receivables and payables, bank and ledger reconciliation, GST/TDS and statutory accounting support, monthly closing, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting entries.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
- Verify supplier balances and coordinate payment processing.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports and other financial statements as required.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores and operations teams on accounting matters.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, debit notes and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants and the finance team during audits and assessments.
- Ensure timely submission of accounting data and reports to Group Finance/Management.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Support management in financial analysis and decision-making when required.

Requirements :-

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, coordination and ownership skills.
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- Additional professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with experience in trading, distribution, chemical, cosmetics, manufacturing, FMCG or similar business environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
