– Sr. Account Executive

Company: Alextra Healthcare Technology Position: Sr. Account Executive

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Location: Sector 90, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (WFO) + 4 Saturdays (WFH)

Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account statements.
- Handle GST calculations, compliance, and return filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
- Make accounting entries and maintain records using Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping & Accounting





- Good understanding of GST & TDS
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Candidate Profile

* Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or a related field.

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Candidates with practical experience in GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, and Tally Prime will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Salary & Benefits
