Role Description This is a full time, on-site SQL Server Developer role based in Hyderabad. The SQL Server Developer will design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including schemas, stored procedures, functions, and views to support enterprise applications and analytics.

The role involves building and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance across multiple environments. The developer will collaborate with application engineers,



data teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust database solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries and indexes. Daily responsibilities include performance tuning, monitoring, documentation, and adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.

Qualifications

- Strong database development skills, including SQL Server programming, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, data integration workflows, and optimization of data pipelines.
- Proficiency in database design and data modeling, including normalization, schema design, and relational/analytical structures.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for troubleshooting, query optimization, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, or similar Microsoft data tools, and familiarity with CI/CD practices for database deployments.
- Understanding of data security, access control, backup and recovery, and high-availability concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Experience in AI-driven or automation-focused environments, and exposure to SAP or enterprise systems, is an advantage.
