Job Summary:Orchids The International School is seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball and Chess Coach to inspire students and develop their strategic thinking, concentration, and problem-solving abilities through structured chess coaching. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching students across different age groups while fostering a positive and engaging learning setting. Orchids regularly recruits co-curricular instructors, including chess, across its campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging classes for students from primary to secondary grades.
- Organize internal competitions, inter-school tournaments, and training camps. e concepts.




- Organize internal competitions, inter-school tournaments, and training camps.
- Identify and mentor talented students for district, state, and national-level competitions.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school management.
- Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Recognized Basketball Coach or Chess certification or equivalent training is desirable.
- Ability to coach beginners as well as advanced players.
- Experience conducting tournaments and preparing students for competitive events.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and student-centric teaching approach.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
