Role Description The Sports Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating sports training sessions for participants across varying skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing structured practice routines, teaching sport-specific techniques, and monitoring fitness and performance progress. The coach will provide constructive feedback, ensure safety standards are met, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace that encourages discipline, teamwork,



and resilience.

The role also involves collaborating with other staff to organize events, track individual development, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sports Coaching and Sports Training to design and deliver effective practice sessions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Education to support holistic fitness, injury prevention, and athletic development.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Coaching skills to provide clear instruction, feedback, and motivation.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in sports science, physical education, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience coaching diverse age groups or skill levels, with a commitment to inclusion and fair treatment of all participants.
