About the Role:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise monitoring and service intelligence solutions. The role will focus on leveraging Splunk ITSI to provide real-time visibility into IT services, infrastructure, applications, and business-critical operations.





The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ITSI, dashboards, service monitoring, KPI development, event management, correlation searches, and integrations with enterprise monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and administer Splunk ITSI environments.
- Develop and maintain ITSI Services, Service Trees, Entities, Entity Aliases, and KPIs.
- Configure Service Analyzer to provide end-to-end visibility of business and technical services.
- Create and maintain Glass Tables for operational and executive-level monitoring.
- Develop KPI base searches, threshold configurations, and health scores.
- Configure ITSI Episode Review and event aggregation/correlation to reduce alert noise.
- Develop and maintain Correlation Searches, Notable Events, and Adaptive Thresholds.
- Integrate ITSI with monitoring and IT operations platforms such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, and other enterprise tools.
- Build Splunk dashboards and reports for infrastructure, applications, and business services.
- Troubleshoot ITSI searches, KPIs, services, entities, event ingestion, and performance issues.
- Work with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and operations teams to onboard new services into ITSI.
- Define monitoring requirements and translate them into KPIs, service health indicators, alerts, and dashboards.
- Implement best practices for IT
