Max pay : Junior - 9.5 LPA including variable, Senior - 14 LPA including variable

Notice : Immediate Joiner or 15-30 days' notice ONLY

Working mode : 5 days at office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end RFQ execution, pricing governance and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure approved pricing and commercial terms are accurately implemented.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for timely RFQ closure.
- Identify and resolve pricing gaps,



compliance issues and risks.
- Drive transition activities with clear timelines, ownership and governance.
- Track KPIs, dashboards, reports and pricing performance.
- Support cost optimization and commercial benefit initiatives with Commodity Management, Finance and Business teams.
- Act as SPOC for stakeholder coordination and pricing alignment.

Requirements:

- Solid experience in RFQ, pricing management, supplier negotiation and commercial terms.
- Experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical commodities.
- Good stakeholder management, reporting and project/transition management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
