About The Role

We are seeking a Vista Plus Developer with experience in application development, administration, production support, and maintenance of the Vista Plus / VisionPLUS platform. The role supports card processing and banking applications, including configuration, batch processing, database integration, troubleshooting, and implementation of business requirements.

The candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain Vista Plus applications across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Responsibilities include application installation and upgrades in Linux environments, batch and online processing support, incident analysis, defect resolution, and application health monitoring.

The role also involves managing integrations with databases, file systems, LDAP/AD authentication, and external applications. The candidate will participate in migrations, upgrades, change and release activities, SIT/UAT validation, and 24x7 production support while collaborating with infrastructure, DBA, security, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Vista Plus applications and modules.
- Administer Vista Plus environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare technical design documentation.
- Develop and support batch and online processing components.
- Perform incident analysis, root cause identification, and defect resolution.
- Install applications, apply upgrades and patches, and support environment migrations.
- Configure integrations with databases, file systems, LDAP/AD, and external applications.




- Monitor application health and performance and implement tuning recommendations.
- Support change, release, deployment, SIT, UAT, and Production validation activities.
- Create automation scripts and operational documentation where applicable.

The candidate should be comfortable supporting 24x7 environments and coordinating with infrastructure, DBA, security, and business teams during implementations and operational activities.
