Role Description

UST is looking for Solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Experience: 10+ years in Java development with 3+ years in Technical Lead role.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, performing architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
- Drive system design discussions covering performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cloud-native best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Own application quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
- Guide integration efforts with databases, messaging platforms, and third-party applications while ensuring optimal performance.
