Coordinate with suppliers, GCM and cross-functional teams. Track supplier readiness, KPIs,



risks and project milestones.

Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of issues. Act as SPOC for communication and stakeholder coordination. Identify risks and implement mitigation actions. Maintain project governance, reports and regular status updates.
