We at Kamb&m; School of Life International is now hiring a Special Educator to take care of our students in need.

As a Special educator, you are responsible for tailoring educational experiences to meet the diverse needs of students with physical, mental, emotional, or learning disabilities. Their core mission is to ensure every student has equal access to the curriculum and develops the skills necessary for independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate students’ skills, strengths, and weaknesses using various assessments to determine specific educational needs.
- Behavioral Support & Counseling: Develop and implement behavior management plans, including social skills training and self-regulation strategies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data on student performance, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
- Curriculum Adaptation & Instruction:



Adapt general education lessons, materials, and teaching methods to accommodate diverse abilities.
- Specialized Instruction: Providing one-on-one or small-group instruction depending on the need of the students.
- Parental Engagement: Regularly communicating with parents and caregivers to provide progress updates and suggest strategies for learning at home.

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduation / post-graduation with B.Ed

or
- D.Ed in Special Education with minimum 2 years of experience.
