Essential Qualification

- B.Ed. Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution

OR
- D.Ed./D.El.Ed. Special Education or other relevant RCI-recognized qualification
- Valid RCI/CRR registration is mandatory for the position.
- Good knowledge of Inclusive Education, IEP preparation, classroom accommodations, and learning-support strategies
- Prior experience in a school setting will be an advantage.
- Solid foundation in Special Education and inclusive practices, with experience supporting learners with diverse disabilities.
- Commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered environment and sensitivity to diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Comfort working in a day boarding school setting,



with flexibility to participate in co-curricular and school community activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized and small-group learning support
- Monitor, document, and report student progress
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, parents, counsellors, therapists, and school leadership
- Support an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Maintain appropriate student records and documentation
