Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Spanish Language Freshers with a background in Commerce or Finance to join our Finance & Accounting team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good Spanish language skills along with a basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a night shift and should be willing to work from our Pune office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle finance and accounting-related processes for international clients.
- Review and process financial/accounting data accurately.
- Perform data entry, verification, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate in Spanish as required for business processes.
- Understand and follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial information.
- Resolve basic process-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support day-to-day process requirements.

Required Skills




- Good Spanish language proficiency – reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in an international business environment.
- Comfortable working in a night/US shift.
- Willing to work from the Pune office.

Eligibility
- B.Com graduates with Spanish language skills.
- MBA Finance graduates with Spanish language skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred
- Certification/course in Spanish language.
- Knowledge of Spanish at A2/B1 level or above will be an advantage.
- Previous internship or academic exposure to Finance/Accounting is an added advantage.
