- Deliver skilled and personalized spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies to guests
- Assess client needs, preferences, and health conditions to customize and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all spa treatment areas and facilities
- Manage client appointments, scheduling, and booking systems to ensure efficient spa operations
- Educate clients on available spa services, treatment benefits, and wellness recommendations
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style consistent with Fairmont standards
- Process client payments, handle transactions, and manage spa billing accurately
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety,



and sanitation regulations and facility protocols
- Collaborate effectively with spa management, fellow therapists, and hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages to management
- Respond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Valid spa therapist license or certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of professional spa therapy experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- Certification in at least two spa treatment modalities (massage therapy, facials, body treatments, or wellness therapies)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications related to spa treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in spa management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards in spa environments
