Role Description The Space & STEM Educator will design and deliver engaging lessons and workshops on space science, STEM concepts, and related domains for school and university-level learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating interactive learning materials, conducting hands-on activities and simulations, and evaluating learner progress through assignments and projects. The educator will collaborate with the academic team to refine content and integrate real-world space industry examples.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring learners on career paths in the space sector, supporting events, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning setting.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring a strong combination of teaching, technical, communication, and research skills.

- Strong teaching and education skills, with experience delivering STEM or space-related content to diverse age groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage learners effectively.
- A relevant academic background such as B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or M.Tech. in Physics, Astronomy, Engineering, Education, or related STEM fields is preferred.




- Ability to lead and mentor students in research-based projects.
- Proficiency in Arduino and related technologies.
- Experience working with simulation software.
- A strong interest in research, innovation, and emerging technologies.
