- Provide professional spa treatments as per company standards.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products.

KPI: Guest feedback ≥ 90%, Repeat guests, Upselling value 2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

- Maintain treatment room hygiene and sanitization after every service.
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and health SOPs.
- Ensure spa areas are well-organized and stocked.

KPI: 100% hygiene compliance, Zero guest complaints 3. Revenue & Productivity

- Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
- Maximize treatment room utilization.
- Support team in achieving overall spa revenue goals.

KPI: Revenue target achievement %, Room utilization rate 4. Grooming & Professional Conduct





- Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Deliver courteous and consistent service to all guests.
- Exhibit teamwork and a positive attitude.

KPI: Grooming compliance, Attendance, Manager feedback 5. Training & Reporting

- Attend all training sessions and implement current techniques.
- Maintain treatment logs and product usage records accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and monthly reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
