- Prepare all South Indian food items, including snacks, tiffins, and full meals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create new and exciting dishes.
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

- Proven work experience as South indian Chef / Cook.
- Must specialize in preparing all South Indian cuisines.
- Must have experience in preparing vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian dishes..
- Must be flexible with weekend offs.
- Must have hands-on experience with modern kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure workplace.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
