About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market and an established network of channel partners, brokers, developers, and property consultants .

The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and driving property/project sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source new real estate projects and property opportunities in Navi Mumbai.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, developers, and property owners.




- Build and manage a strong network of channel partners across Navi Mumbai.
- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of sourcing opportunities.
- Understand local market trends, pricing, upcoming developments, and project potential.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams for further evaluation and closure.
- Regularly engage with channel partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor projects and market activities.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, projects, partners, and sourcing activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in real estate sourcing, business development, property consultancy, or a related role.
- Strong and practical knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market.
- Existing channel partner/broker network in Navi Mumbai will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be well-versed in English, Hindi, and Marathi .
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
