Role Description The Sourcing Intern role at Globus is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sourcing team with vendor identification, coordination, and follow-up for fashion and retail products. Daily tasks include collecting and organizing supplier information, assisting with purchase order preparation, tracking deliveries, and updating internal databases.

The intern will help compare prices and product quality,



prepare basic reports, and support negotiations by compiling relevant data. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, logistics, and store operations to ensure timely product availability and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

- Interest in sourcing, supply chain, or merchandising within the fashion or retail sector.
- Strong skills in data organization, basic analysis, and documentation using spreadsheets and other office tools.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and timelines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in commerce, management, fashion, supply chain, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail head office environment in Bengaluru.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work professionally under guidance.
- Prior internship or project experience in procurement, sourcing, or retail operations is an advantage.
