Job Summary The role is fully site-based and focuses on relationship management, client engagement, and supporting sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Be present at the project site to meet Channel Partners (brokers/agents) regularly
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CPs to generate consistent site visits
- Attend and manage walk-in clients at the site
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to walk-in customers
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal progression
- Track CP performance and walk-in conversions
- Support site events, CP meets, and promotional activities
- Ensure accurate recording of CP and walk-in leads in CRM
- Achieve monthly sourcing and site-visit targets
