Role Description The Solutions Architect will work on-site in Abroad in a full-time capacity, designing and implementing technology and process solutions that support Esse India’s immigration consulting services. The role involves analyzing business requirements, mapping them to scalable system architectures, and collaborating with consulting teams to enhance client-facing workflows.

The Solutions

Architect will oversee integration between software tools, immigration management systems, and internal business processes, ensuring data integrity and efficient operations. Day-to-day activities include working with stakeholders to refine solution designs, coordinating with software development resources, preparing technical documentation, and providing guidance on best practices.



The role also requires ongoing evaluation of existing systems, recommending improvements to support growth, compliance, and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture, with experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Candidates should possess consulting-related skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess software development and integration skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams to implement and connect applications and tools.
- Candidates should possess business process skills, including process mapping, optimization, and aligning technology solutions with operational workflows.
- Relevant experience in professional services or consulting environments; exposure to immigration or legal services is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design.
