Job Summary

We are looking for Soldering Technician Trainees to join our UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) manufacturing and assembly team in Hyderabad – Madhapur.

The selected trainees will be involved in soldering, electrical wiring, electronic component assembly, UAV assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and other manufacturing activities.

We welcome freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge who are interested in hands-on work and want to build their careers in the UAV/drone, electronics, and advanced manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform soldering and electrical assembly of UAVs and related sub-assemblies.
- Solder wires, connectors, PCBs, electronic components, and electrical assemblies as per work instructions.
- Perform through-hole and basic PCB soldering activities.
- Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning, and termination.
- Assemble electrical and electronic components according to drawings and specifications.
- Perform basic electrical wiring and connections.
- Use soldering irons, soldering stations, hot-air tools, crimping tools, and other hand tools safely.
- Use a multimeter and basic testing equipment for continuity and electrical checks.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic assemblies.
- Assist engineers and technicians during UAV assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Ensure correct component identification, polarity, wiring, and soldering quality.
- Inspect solder joints and wiring for defects, loose connections, shorts, and other quality issues.
- Handle electronic components, wires, connectors, soldering materials,



and tools carefully.
- Maintain proper identification, storage, and handling of components and materials.
- Follow defined manufacturing processes, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Perform other technical and manufacturing activities assigned by engineers.

Qualifications
- ITI Electrical / Electronics / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Diploma or equivalent technical background will also be considered.
- Freshers and trainees are welcome.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components.
- Basic knowledge of wiring, soldering, and electrical connections.
- Ability to identify wires, connectors, resistors, capacitors, switches, and other basic components.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn UAV/drone electronics assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures.
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow workplace procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
