Position: Site Engineer / Project Manager – Solar (Ernakulam)

Experience: 5- 10 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong project execution experience. Candidates with prior exposure to the solar industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
- Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and on-site activities
- Provide technical oversight and resolve site issues
- Support client coordination and project reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering




- 8–10 years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)
- Strong team management and site coordination skills
- Practical understanding of installations, timelines, and problem-solving on-site

Preferred:

- Prior experience in solar EPC projects
- Ability to design Single Line Diagrams (SLD), with a valuable understanding of electrical systems, procurement processes, and technical drawings.
- Candidates with accountability and field knowledge

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
