We are looking for Sales Executive for solar field.

We work with dealers, distributors, businesses, and customers to deliver reliable solar solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate business through dealers, distributors, customers, and other sales channels

● Promote and sell solar inverters, panels, accessories, and related products.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.

● Handle sales enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and timely follow-ups.

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery.

● Achieve assigned monthly sales and quantity targets.

● Maintain sales records and reports using Excel / Google Sheets / ERP / CRM.

● Conduct dealer, customer, and project-site visits for business development.

● Support dealer network expansion and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

● Basic knowledge of Solar Inverters, Solar Panels & Solar Systems.





● Basic understanding of Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics.

● Strong sales and business development skills.

● Good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

● Strong follow-up, coordination & relationship management skills.

● Ability to manage dealer/customer queries and sales enquiries.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

● Familiarity with ERP / CRM software.

● Target-oriented, proactive and responsible approach.

● Willingness to travel for dealer/customer visits.

Qualifications

● Fresher to 1–2 years of experience in Solar / Inverter / Electrical industry preferred.

● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics or a related technical background.

● Solar Inverters, On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Systems, Solar Panels & Accessories, and Solar Distribution / Dealer Networks.
