JOB TITLE

Solar PV System Technician (Off-Grid & On-Grid) / Troubleshooter.

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair both off-grid and on-grid solar PV systems. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems are running efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Troubleshoot and repair off-grid and on-grid solar systems

· Identify issues with panels, inverters, charge controllers, batteries, and grid-tie equipment

· Perform routine maintenance, testing, and performance checks

· Optimize system performance and efficiency

· Collaborate with team to resolve complex issues

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

REQUIRED SKILLSE

· experience with solar PV systems (off-grid and on-grid)

· Knowledge of electrical and electronics Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and grid-tie equipment

· Valuable communication and teamwork skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Certification in solar energy or related field

· Experience with system design, installation, and commissioning

· Diploma/ ITI Electricals

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
